Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use shiftedbyeliza.com or buy any product from Shifted by Eliza, based in Victoria, Australia. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Our products

All our products are digital. They are delivered as downloadable files, printable PDFs or tools that open in your web browser. Nothing physical is posted to you.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.

Delivery

Your products are available to download straight after checkout, and a copy of your download links is emailed to you. Please download and save your files soon after purchase so you always have a copy.

Your licence to use our products

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. You can:

  • Download it, save it on your own devices, and print it as many times as you like for your own personal use.
  • Use it in your own home, routines and life.

You can’t:

  • Share, forward, upload or give away the files, including in group chats, shared drives or online communities.
  • Resell, copy, rebrand or redistribute any product or part of a product.
  • Use our products in paid programs, workshops, courses or client work without our written permission.

Not medical advice

Shifted by Eliza is created by a woman with ADHD and draws on lived experience and publicly available research. Our products are for general information and support only. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and they aren’t a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health professional.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, including text, designs, graphics, the Shifted name and logo, and the SHIFTED Method, belongs to Shifted by Eliza and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to make our products helpful and accurate, but to the extent permitted by law, we aren’t responsible for any loss or harm that comes from how you use them. Where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
